Golf and Tie Die






Last Monday we went and smacked some golf balls again, driving like a champ. We also went to a swap meet which was pretty fun. 

We had interviews last week, that was great fun as always. We also had an Elder go to he mission home from our apartment so we were in a trio for a day and were covering two areas. Thankfully we had their car, but we were still running around all day. They are Spanish as well so we got to arte pt to listen in to a Spanish training for an hour and a half.  Also free slurpie day was fun. But we were able to have our lessons anyway and they all went super well. We were able to have a church tour which was really cool for the friend we brought along because he had never been inside a church building before.

We also tiedyed again so results are on the way. Also there are little kittens running around our apartment complex all of the time because a cat just had a litter so that is fun.


I got to go on exchanges with a former companion, that was a good nostalgic time. We wore each other's ties. It was awesome!

We had a couple of really good visits this week where we were able to get back into contact with people we haven't heard from in a while, and we were able to answer questions about what exactly we believe. We were able to talk to a lot of people on the streets as well this week, and for anyone who knows about or has been to San Bernardino that is a great time.  This week we had a long pday activity where we hiked up in the mountains. The Summertime 7/29/2019

Happy birthday weekend to my sister and my mom, almost have the same birthdays. This week was hot and we had a lot of appointments so we were biking hard. It is good to be biking hard, but bad when you plan poorly and end up biking all over town and back. I went on exchanges to Spanish land and discovered just how far my Spanish has come and just how far it still has to go.  Joe is doing well, they decided that they want to get baptized as a family, so they moved back when they want to get baptized  Going to the temple this Wednesday -Elder Bearman Through Come follow me We met lots of new members Ward Choir is a blast The wiggles picture is for Anziano Higham, with his wiggles pinewood derby car. 6 more weeks with Elder T

Mules Probably the most exciting thing that happened was we went on exchanges with the other Samoan companionship and so of course we ended up having a full conversation with someone in Spanish, he was from Texas and grew up around a lot of Spanish, so we were able to introduce ourselves and ask if it would be alright for missionaries that could speak Spanish better could come by so that was cool. Saturday and Sunday were also super eventful, we started off by being invited to a buffet over in Redlands by our Bishop because is daughter went to the temple in preparation for leaving on her mission on Halloween. Since we had a lesson later that evening with him over in Highlands which is even further outside the zone, we were able to go. The Samoans don't like change and a less active member and a friend we are teaching live over in highland but don't want to go to the Samoan ward that usually covers that area.
