There are not many pictures

See what happens as a mission goes on is you get quite lazy at writing emails, so the questions have been cut as of today.

One of the highLIGHTs of my week was we were replacing a bulb for an older lady at night and we were screwing the light back in, and I was watching and the light turned on and blinded both of us.

District meeting was great they had a bell curve for the spirit over the course of a meeting, and how we need to commit them at the height of the bell curve, and let them feel the Spirit after we leave. And that made so much sense to my math mind, it was excellent.

We also had an intresting experience where our member present started bashing with an investigator. We weren't sure what to do. So we sat there and smiled. We haven't gone back yet but it seemed as if the investigator could tell the difference between us and the member, so hopefully he will talk to us again. Don't bash, like ever.

We also talked about how we should work with members just like they are investigators. Also they told us that we should be asking about them not the other way around, which is always hard, since we usually know alot more about the member than they do us.

We also had interviews which took place in the mission home, the Dixon's are great as per usual.

Pickaxes, are alot of fun. We were digging out roots for an elderly ladies garden and we were just going to town on the dirt with those pickaxes. Naturally there was many, many, Minecraft jokes. But pickaxes are my second favorite tool, behind the Book of Mormon.

A member also took us to Jack in the Box, my review is less than positive.

Also this past week I have been blessed to be reading in the beginning of Alma. All about missionary work, and basically the idea is if you study what they do and manage to replicate it, your are going to be a beast missionary. And so that is my study guide so to speak for the rest of my mission.

We had another couple wander into church again, and he asked us how we know God has a physical body. And we were like, well, that is more than a quick answer, so we sat down and had a lesson. That was pretty sweet.

They just get shorter and shorter don't they?
